A St. Louis woman will attempt to set a new world record this weekend in a combo sport you may have never heard of: Joggling.
“A joggler is somebody who juggles while running.”
Growing up with older brothers who juggled, Sarah Zefi says she eventually picked it up, too. She has always been athletic as well, running her fifth marathon in Chicago this weekend, so she combined the two.
The rules for joggling are you always have to be juggling when you are making forward progress, you can drop a ball, but you have to go back to where you dropped it.
The women’s world record for running a marathon while joggling is 4 hours and 30 minutes.
Sarah will go for the world record in joggling at the Chicago Marathon on Sunday.
