A new start up wants to convince people to stop buying water in plastic bottles.
It’s all controlled through an app called “Tap”.
The app, which was released today, displays nearby clean drinking water locations. People can go to these places and refill their own water bottle.
The app highlights 34,000 refill stations across 7,100 cities and 30 countries. The last includes restaurants, retail stores and public water fountains. The “Tap” app is available for free on Android and Apple products.
