Spinach Artichoke Dip:
2 tablespoons of butter, 1 large onion, 2 tablespoons of chopped garlic, 1 red pepper, 1 green pepper, spinach (1 x #lQF Frozen) 1/2 Chopped Artichoke heart, Creme Cheese (x 3#’s), 1/2 QT heavy cream, 1/2 cup Dijon Mustard, 1 cup white wine, salt and pepper to taste.
