Chef Janet from Sip & Saute by DeGennaro stopped by to make a Grilled Reuben with Bacon and Avocado.
1. Cook your slices of bacon, three per sandwich
2. Assemble a pile of cooked corn beef on grill and have slices of avocado grilling on flattop as well
3. Place your favorite cheese, (we used Swiss) to become melted over the corned beef
4. Assemble the sandwich together with corn beef, bacon, and avocados
5. Cut in half and enjoy! You can use 1000 Island dressing if you prefer
