Chef Janet from Sip & Saute by DeGennaro stops by to show us how to make Veggie Spaghetti.
1/3 cup olive oil
3 cups fresh spinach
1 cup fresh mushrooms sliced
Sauté till spinach is wilted and cooked down, mushrooms will be done
Then add cooked 1/2 pound of spaghetti, favorite marinara sauce
1 can of cream of celery soup no water added
Heat and eat
Top with cheese
