A Slice of White bread with crusts cut off
Put a small amount of leftover mashed potatoes and green beans in the center of bread slice
Roll up and seal with egg wash or butter
Sauté in a hot sauté pan with spray butter until toasted all around
Serve with hot leftover turkey and gravy
