Savory oven baked pork chops
brown off chops with flour and sauté in oil till lightly browned on outside
place in oven safe pan that has the bottom covered in celery leaves, place a little salt and pepper on chops
cover with a little water and kitchen bouquet, wrap foil over pan bake 350 degrees 35 minutes
