Quinoa and Sausage Stir Fry

Ingredients:

1lb. Pork Sausage

1 Red Bell Pepper, chopped

2 Bags 100% Tri-Color Quinoa (Boil in Bag) 

Mozzarella Cheese, shredded

Directions:

Brown and drain sausage

Sauté pepper with sausage (make sure pepper gets done)

Add cooked Quinoa

Add cheese – cook until everything is hot and cheese is melted
