Pumpkin Crunch Cake
1 package yellow cake mix
1/2/3 cups pumpkin pie mix
2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
1/3 cup coconut flaked
1/4 cup chopped nuts
3 tablespoons of butter
Use 3 cups of cake mix, eggs, pumpkin pie mix and spice of pumpkin; beat until moistened. ** Take the rest of cake mix, coconut and butter and mix with nuts to make a crumb topping to place on the batter before baking.
Pour into greased 13 x 9 pan; sprinkle with crumb topping; bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes.
