Stefano Ferrari, co-owner of LIFeSTYLE in Bedford, shares his recipe for Lamb Meatballs.
– 1 LB ground lamb from the Monsour Farms
– 1 egg
– 1 cup bread crumbs
– 1/3 cup tomato sauce
– Salt and pepper to taste
Combine all the ingredients together. Form the meatballs and cook them in a frying pan with some EVOO and butter.
Serve them with a yogurt/sour cream/avocado sauce.
