Helping Students Cope Final Exams
As students will be preparing for final exams, they may be dealing with the stress of managing academics, social activities and life skills. Typically, parents are the first responders to their sons and/or daughters during these challenging times. Here are tips for parents to help their college students cope with these feelings of distress:
1. Create a schedule and space to work
2. Divide Tasks Into Sections
