Raising awareness for those in the fight against cancer and honoring another of the franchises all time greats. It’s all part of the next homestand in Curve, PA!

Your Altoona Curve return home to face the Reading Fightin’ Phils Tuesday, June 5 through Thursday, June 7 at 7:00 pm. Tuesday will feature a fireworks show, and on Thursday it will be the annual Game of Hope which will serve as the kick off for the 2018 Relay for Life. The Curve will be auctioning off special Game of Hope Hats, benefiting ACS Relay for Life, and there will be a survivor walk in the fourth inning with a Hope Fireworks show after the game. It’s also a Thirstday with $2 Bud Light and regular sodas with $1 hot dogs.

The action continues when the Hartford Yard Goats come town Friday, June 8 through Sunday, June 10. Friday’s 7:00 game will feature the extreme touring act X-Pogo doing crazy Pogo tricks during the game with a post-game firework show. Saturday’s 6:00 first pitch will include a Tony Watson will be honored as the 5th member of the Altoona Curve’s all-time team with a bobblehead to the first 1,000 fans. The homestand wraps up at 2:00 pm on Sunday with a free kids club game and an appearance from Dora the Explorer. Plus, the first 500 fans get a championship poster.

Tickets are on sale now for each of the remaining Curve home games, and you can reserve your seats for all the action by calling 877-99-CURVE (877-992-8189), online or at the Peoples Natural Gas Field Box Office! The box office is open Monday-Friday from 9:00 am until 4:00 pm, and at 9:00 am until through game time on game day regardless of the day.
