Chocolate Pinon Nut Cake

Approx 1-10inch round

Bake at 350 degrees


1lb./Bittersweet chocolate

1lb/ Butter

1 cup/ sugar

1 cup/ Heavy Cream


½ cup/ Mixture of pecans, pinenuts

1 T/ Flour


Combine and melt chocolate, butter, sugar, and cream in a double boiler. Cool. Add eggs. Toast nuts and then dust them with flour. Add nuts to batter. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 1 hour 15 minutes in a water bath.
