A Pittsburgh Pirates legend, fireworks and bobbleheads. It’s all part of the next homestand in Curve, PA!
The Altoona Curve return home on Monday, May 14 to begin a three-game series with the Richmond Flying Squirrels with first pitch each night at 6:00 pm.
Former Pittsburgh Pirate Andy Van Slyke is in town on Thursday as the Curve welcome the Portland Sea Dogs for the start of a four-game series at 6:00 pm. He will meet and greet fans during the game, and it’s Thirstday which means $2 Yuengling and regular sodas with $1 hot dogs! Friday there will be a fireworks show, and Gerrit Cole Bobbleheads will be distributed on Saturday, May 19 to the first 1,000 fans. The homestand wraps up on Sunday, May 20 with a youth clinic at 10:00 am, a free kids club game and a trolls branch and poppy appearance.
Tickets are on sale now for each of the remaining Curve home games, and you can reserve your seats for all the action by calling 877-99-CURVE (877-992-8189), online or at the Peoples Natural Gas Field Box Office! The box office is open Monday-Friday from 9:00 am until 4:00 pm, and at 9:00 am until through game time on game day regardless of the day.
