If you’re in bed for more than 8 hours each night, listen up!
A new study in the European Heart Journal recommends no more than eight hours of sleep. Researchers say people who sleep more than that are at greater risk of heart problems, strokes and even death.
The findings are based on nearly 117,000 adults in 21 countries over seven regions. There are a couple of limitations to the study.
Those involved with the data didn’t take info on underlying conditions, and participants also self-reported their sleep.
