A bill recently filed in the Florida Senate would ban interacton with pets while driving.
The proposed leglisation isn’t just taking aim at pets, it redefines distracted driving to include more than mobile devices.
Reading, writing and pplying make up while behind the wheel would be against the law.
The bill would also make districted driving a primary offense meaning you could be pulled over if you’re seen petting your pup.
According to the legislation it’s aimed at saving laws on Florida roads.
