This afternoon clouds will break occasionally for sunshine (with more sun to the southeast and less to the north and ridges).  A spotty brief shower or two could be around.   Tonight, we’ll have a few scattered clouds and it will be cool with temperatures falling into the low to mid 50s.  Tomorrow expect a mixture of clouds and sunshine.  A weak front could bring just a stray shower.  Behind it, high pressure drops in from the northwest bringing a comfortable airmass with abundant sunshine.  Highs on Friday will make it into the low 70s.  On Saturday that area of high pressure starts to drop just to our south allowing a warmer airflow.  Again we will have plenty of sunshine.  Make sure to have the sunglasses readily available.  Highs will rise into the upper 70s to around 80.   As the high shifts to the east, it will be a little more humid on Sunday with the chance for a pop up shower or thunderstorm.  Perhaps we finally get another taste of summer after recent cool temperatures.  Monday and Tuesday will be warm and humid with a mix of clouds and hazy sunshine and a chance for a pop up shower or thunderstorm. Temperatures Monday will reach to near or just above 80 and then reach into the middle 80s in some places on Tuesday. The middle of next week will be quite warm and humid with temperatures reaching a good bit above average.
