Reported by: Meteorologist Steve Newton
The warming trend continued today, with highs in the low to mid 60s across the region. A few clouds will move through during the overnight hours with temperatures dropping to the mid and upper 30s. Monday will have a mix of clouds and sunshine with temperatures getting into the low 70s in some spots. Clouds will increase late ahead of a cold front which will move through Tuesday, bringing rain and the chance for a few rumbles of thunder. Cooler air will move in behind the front with temperatures only making it into the 50s for Wednesday, but we will rebound into the 60s and near 70° going toward the weekend.
