Woman lies about being robbed at knifepoint

State College Police say a woman claimed to be robbed of a bank book at knife point. But they say surveillance video shows there was no robbery.
Police in State College say a woman who claimed to be held up at knife point, made the whole story up.

A Uni-Mart employee told police she was walking in the parking lot on East College Avenue around 1:15 Tuesday afternoon when she says a man approached her, cut her arms with a knife, stole the bank bag she was holding and ran away.
Police looked at surveillance footage from the scene. They say the employee was alone and there was no robbery. It's not clear what, if any charges she will face.
