Uncle Fred's Famous Stuffed Peppers

6 red peppers, cored out
1 pound hamburger (not cooked) 80/20 mixture
1/4 cup of diced onions
3/4 cup of cooked white rice
Japanese bread crumbs
salt and pepper
2 jars of Aunt Marianns Sunday Marinara LaFamilia Sauce
Mix together hamburger, rice, onions and salt and pepper.
Stuff each pepper with the mixture and place in a casserole dish.
Pour two jars of Sunday Marinara Sauce around the peppers and lightly top each one.
Add bread crumbs to the top of each pepper.
Cover with a lid and place in a 350 degree oven for 2 hours.
