Bountiful Pepperoni Cheese Bread

Ingredients
Bountiful Beer Bread Mix®
2 - 3 Tbsp. Garlic Garlic™
12 oz. beer
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup chopped pepperoni

Directions
Combine ingredients; pour into greased loaf pan. Bake at 375° for 60-75 minutes. Makes 14 servings.


Fiesta Party Dip Roll-ups

Ingredients
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
16 oz. can refried beans
1 1/2 tsp. Fiesta Party Dip Mix™
6 flour tortillas
3/4 cup shredded Mexican cheese
Corn, Black Bean Salsa

Directions
Combine first 3 ingredients. Spread on tortillas and top with cheese. Roll tightly and slice. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Serve with Corn, Black Bean Salsa for dipping. Makes 4-6 servings.


Truffle Fudge Turtle Brownies

Ingredients
Truffle Fudge Brownie Mix
1/2 cup (1 stick) melted butter
2 eggs
Creamy Caramel Sauce
1/2 cup chopped pecans, divided

Directions
Prepare Truffle Fudge Brownie Mix as directed on package with butter and eggs. Add 1/2 cup Creamy Caramel Sauce and 1/4 cup pecans to batter. Pour into greased 8 x 8 baking pan. Drizzle with 2 tablespoons additional Creamy Caramel Sauce. Bake at 350° for 35-40 minutes. Top with remaining pecans and additional Creamy Caramel Sauce. Cool completely. Makes 8-10 servings.
