(Pittsburgh) - The Steelers returned to practice on Monday, although some familiar faces were missing.

Quarterback Ben Roethlisberger and center Maurkice Pouncey were both unable to go on Monday as both are dealing with "Grade-1" high ankle sprains.

Pouncey was seen without a walking boot on his left foot, and told reporters that he expects to be able to play Monday night in San Francisco.  As for Roethlisberger he is still in a walking boot, and was not available for comment on Monday.

Defensive end Ziggy Hood also was unable to practice Monday.  Hood hurt his hamstring in Thursday nights win over Cleveland.

Mike Tomlin will address the media Tuesday at his weekly press conference.
