PSU Advertises Voter ID Solution

A local University started advertising a solution to the Voter ID problem.
ALTOONA, BLAIR COUNTY - A local University started advertising a solution to the Voter ID problem.

Many college ID's don't have the needed expiration date. Monday Penn State started posting fliers telling students how to get an expiration date sticker.

Jordan Wells had heard of the Voter ID law, but wasn't sure how it affected him. Phil Tucker hadn't heard about it. Both of them were registered Pennsylvania voters and neither of them had a valid Voter ID.

Tuesday all Penn State campuses started posting these fliers that tell students where to get a sticker that makes their student ID's good enough for the election board. And Shari Routch at Penn State Altoona is trying to let all the students know. She also plans to email, Facebook and tweet the information.

This election is important to Phil and Jordan and the right ID brings them one step closer to voting in November.
