A ridge of high pressure will settle over the region on Monday. Any clouds will give way to sunshine with a pleasant highs in the 60s. A clear sky and light winds will allow for a chilly night Monday night with temperatures reaching into the 30s in many new locations. There can be a touch of frost in some of the colder locations. A weak front will slip southward toward the region Tuesday allowing the sunshine to mix with some clouds. There will still be a mix of clouds and sunshine Wednesday into Thursday with this front dying out close to the area. A stray shower can not be ruled out Thursday. A new area of high pressure will give us plenty of sunshine later this weekend into the start of the weekend. The next front will bring some showers Sunday.
