Clouds will break as we go through Sunday, but temperatures will only peak in the low to mid 40s in the early afternoon. Temperatures will fall quickly in the evening, and may be below freezing in some communities before the Steelers game ends. Monday will start cold with temperatures in the low to mid 20s, something we haven’t seen since April. We will be in a warming trend for the first half of the week, with highs in the 50s Monday and Tuesday; and reaching the 60s in some spots Wednesday before the next system arrives. That system will bring showers and another round of cooler air, with highs back in the 40s for next weekend.
