On today's show, Cheryl Gonsman from Family Services Inc. and Justin and Pa - local experts in mixed martial arts - talk about the MMA Heroes event, MMA and their upcoming "Fight Night" at the Jaffa Shrine in Altoona.

Fight Night @ 7:00 pm ($1 from every ticket sold goes to Family Services Inc.)

The HEROES program was created for kids to teach bullying prevention by building self confidence, discipline and teaching self defense.

At the free open house coming up November 16th at the Jaffa Shrine in Altoona, kids and parents can meet MMA fighters, watch demonstrations, get authographs and pictures taken with the athletes. Dignan-Brumbaugh and Genesis MMA will be on hand. The first 100 children, under age 12 will receive a free FSI MMA HEROES T-Shirt.

After the open house, stick around for a live MMA Fight Night event. Fights start at 7 p.m. Tickets are available online.
