Match 6 Jackpot Now Second-Largest on Record

No one has hit the jackpot since May 13th.
MIDDLETOWN, DAUPHIN COUNTY – With another roll Monday night, the Pennsylvania Lottery’s Match 6 Lotto jackpot has reached $6 million for the Thursday, Sept. 19, drawing – the second-highest level on record.

The game’s largest jackpot was a $6.9 million prize won in the March 23, 2007 drawing.

No one has hit the Match 6 jackpot since one ticket matched all six winning numbers in the May 13 drawing.

In the meantime, millions of Match 6 Lotto players have continued to win prizes while pursuing the jackpot. Since mid-May, more than 3.6 million Match 6 tickets have won over $13.4 million in prizes.

More than 157,800 Match 6 Lotto tickets won prizes totaling over $583,500 in last night’s drawing, including 61 tickets that each won $1,000.

The odds of winning the Match 6 Lotto jackpot are roughly 1-in-4.6 million, among the Pennsylvania Lottery’s best odds of winning a multimillion-dollar jackpot.
