Judge Strikes Down Pennsylvania Voter ID Law

Judge says law places unreasonable burden on voters.
Pennsylvania State Judge Bernard McGinley has struck down a 2012 law that would have required Pennsylvania voters show a form of ID prior to voting.

In his opinion, Judge McGinley wrote the 2012 law places too much burden on voters.

The ruling is expected to be appealed.
