Harlem Wizards Take on Altoona Teachers

Witness trick hoops and alley oops as the Nationally known "Harlem Wizards" basketball team takes on teachers and staff at Altoona Area High School.

For the past 50 years, the Harlem Wizards have been putting on awe-inspiring shows on the basketball court and they do it to raise money for schools and non-profits. Now they are coming to Altoona to take on local teachers and staff at a charity game on October 2nd.

On today's show, Kim Dancha with the Altoona Area High School Parents Association and Band Director Larry Detwiler talk about The Wizards, the charity game, how teachers are preparing, what fans can expect and how the game will help Altoona Area High School students in band, orchestra and chorus.
