It will be warm and more humid today.
Updated Friday Morning, October 4th
Reported by Meteorologist Regina Miller

A warm front is sitting just to our north, where it will remain through the first half of the weekend.  We will have unseasonably warm temperatures again today that will top out in the upper 70s.  Spots that see more hazy sun breaking through the clouds could even get to around 80 again.  There is a chance for a shower (or even a rumble of thunder) in spots today.  Tonight will be partly cloudy with patches of fog and a chance for an isolated shower.    With a warm, humid airmass in place, an isolated pop-up shower cannot be completely ruled out tomorrow, however most locations will be dry with hazy sunshine.  More widespread rain is possible Sunday night or Monday.  That is when a strong cold front will move across the region, and depending on the track of what will be the remnants of Tropical Storm Karen...heavy downpours could be a possibility.  That is still something being monitored since it's too early to know the exact impacts to our region.
