French Toast Casserole
Make ahead for the first day back to school!

So, the morning rush is about to begin again and you want to be sure that your student has fuel for the day! This recipe is about as easy as it gets (plus kids love it!)
4 slices of bread
1-8 oz package of cream cheese
1/3 cup of maple syrup
1 cup of skim milk
Cube the bread or tear into little pieces
Tear the cream cheese into little pieces and lay on top of bread
Beat eggs, milk and syrup together
Sprinkle in some cinnamon
Pour mixture over bread and cream cheese
Cover and refrigerate overnight (this allows the liquid to sink into the bread and puff up)
Bake in a preheated 375* oven for 45 minutes
Serve with fruit.
