Four Dead After Shooting, Police Investigating

Four people killed in late Friday night shooting.
ALLEGHENY TOWNSHIP, CAMBRIA COUNTY - A late night shooting in Allegheny Township, Cambria County has left four people dead.

The Cambria County District Attorney says a mother, father and son were at a house on Bottom Road when their daughter and another person entered the home. The incident escalated and four people were shot. Three people died at the scene and a fourth died at UPMC Altoona. The District Attorney says the situation is contained and there is no danger to the public.

"All I can really say at this point is that it appears to be A family related incident," Callihan says. "A husband and wife and son were at the home and we believe that the daughter and another actor appeared here and there was an altercation that occurred and there was some shooting and a lot of these individuals are now deceased."

State Police are continuing to investigate the scene. No motive was given and the identities and ages of the victims have not been released.
