Fit Kids First - Track Fundamentals

In today's "Fit Kids First" we look at a running program for kids who might want to lace up and head to a local track.
These kids are part of the Hollidaysburg Area YMCA's running and track training program.

This day, they were practicing sprinting and running faster using safe techniques on the track.  They also practice jumping and pole vaulting techniques.

It's for kids Grades 2 through Junior High.

For one "Fit Kid", track and field events are her favorite. 
As Darcy says,  "You can do more.  Try and do more other sports have fun do what you like. "
