After a beautiful day today, change is coming our way.
Updated: Wednesday Evening November 20th, 2013
Reported by: Chief Meteorologist Joe Murgo

While temperatures were not that high, today felt much better than recent days with some sunshine and less wind. Some clouds have started tonight and there will be a little increase in cloudiness tonight. With some clouds, temperatures will not drop as much as last night with lows in the middle to upper 20s. As milder air tries to make a return to the region, we'll have more clouds than sunshine on Thursday with the chance for an isolated shower. Because of the clouds, temperatures will reach only into the lower to middle 40s. Friday will be a little milder despite plenty of clouds and scattered showers. Temperatures will try to push to near 50. Showers will be more numerous Friday night as a front approaches the region. This front may still be close enough for a bit of rain very early Saturday then the rest of Saturday will feature a mix of clouds and sunshine and a gusty wind. Temperatures will briefly reach into the middle to upper 40s but then will drift down during the afternoon and snow showers are possible by evening. The coldest air mass of the season will move in for Sunday with gusty winds and numerous snow showers. Temperatures Sunday will not rise higher than the 20s. Many spots will drop into the teens Sunday night with leftover flurries and snow showers. There still may be a couple of flurries leftover Monday; otherwise, the day will be cold, but not as bitter with clouds and sunshine. A disturbance passing close to the area may bring some snow and rain showers Tuesday followed by snow showers Wednesday and a reinforcing shot of cold for the weekend.
