High pressure continues to keep us in a dry and comfortable weather pattern.
Updated: Thursday Evening, September 26th, 2013
Reported by: Chief Meteorologist Joe Murgo

An area of high pressure locked to our north continues to dominate our weather. A weak disturbance rotating under the high will drift a few clouds into the area later tonight into Friday morning. With some clouds arriving tonight will be cool, but not as chilly as recent nights with lows in the middle to upper 40s. Friday will start off with some patches of clouds, but then the afternoon will turn mostly sunny with highs close to 70. Saturday will start off with patchy fog, then the rest of the day will be mostly sunny and nice with highs near or just above 70. There will be a little more in the way of low clouds and fog early Sunday then the rest of the day will feature a mix of clouds and sunshine. The next front looks slower and weaker. This front will bring more clouds than sunshine on Monday but with only the chance for a couple of showers or drizzle. Behind that disturbance, the middle of next week still looks comfortable and tranquil.
