Clouds are increasing ahead of the next round of snow that will move in for Saturday. Tonight will not be trouble on the roads and temperatures will fall to the low 20s. The snow will move in from the south and southwest early Saturday and spread over the region. The Winter Storm Warning for much of the region goes into effect at 5 a.m. Saturday. Jefferson and Indiana Counties have a Winter Weather Advisory going into effect at 1 a.m. Saturday. We will have more snow from this system than others we’ve seen this season, and a few mountain locations could get more than a foot of snow. Temperatures will be in the mid 20s to around 30° Saturday and the majority of snow will come to an end by late Saturday evening. A few snow showers will be left over Sunday morning, and clouds could break for some sunshine with a few locations reaching the low 30s. Winds will pick up a little for Monday with a mix of clouds and sunshine and a few flurries.
