Enjoy Local Talent at Cabaret Night!

It's a fun night out featuring amazing local talent in honor of Doreen Fogle, a popular teacher who passed away from cancer.

The Second Annual Cabaret Night is coming up December 28th! Enjoy amazing local talent as dozens of acts take to the stage! This event is held in memory of Doreen Fogle. Doreen was a beloved teacher at Bishop Guilfoyle High School who passed away of cancer. On today's show, we talk with Cabaret Night Committee Member Dawn Morden. Dawn talks about her friend Doreen. She also tells us what people can expect a the show. Joining Dawn is Maddie Rairie, who will perform at the Cabaret Night. She plays electric violin!
Watch this video to witness Maddie play the song "Secrets" by One Republic"! This is a very unique performance that takes amazing skill. Maddie plays all of the parts of the song, including percussion!  She does this, live, playing each layer of the song seperately. She uses a foot pedal to record them, as she goes. Then, adds them, one by one, to the performance. In the end, she's playing a song that sounds like a full orchestra!
