BEDFORD COUNTY -- The Bedford County Drug Task Force says it took a few more suppliers off the streets. Officers arrested Jason Fischer and Jennifer Shaw of Warfordsburg on Tuesday, May 1, and charged them with delivery, conspiracy to deliver, and possession of a controlled substance. The Task Force says that the allegations stem from an undercover transaction for four packets of heroin. They are both in the Bedford County Jail and being held on $150,000 and $100,000 bond respectively. Their preliminary hearing is set for next Wednesday, May 9th. Then on Saturday, April 14, the same task force charged John Dunn of Breezewood with three counts of delivery and possession and one count of possession of drug paraphernalia. Task Force Officers say that Dunn's charges stem from two controlled purchases of heroin for $200. After arresting him, police found additional drugs at his home. Bail has been set at $125,000 and the 27-year-old waived his Friday, April 20 preliminary hearing.
