Drug Dealer Sentenced to 4-8 Years

The Coatsville man was arrested in January in Bedford.
BEDFORD, BEDFORD COUNTY – A 43-year-old Coatsville man was sentenced to 4-8 years in state prison after pleading guilty to three counts of Possession with Intent to Deliver a Controlled Substance.

Frank “Pops” Pugh was arrested January 16, 2013 after a confidential informant purchased $750 worth of heroin and cocaine from him at the Dollar Store in Bedford Borough.

After the buy, police stopped Pugh and found another 95 packets of heroin and additional cocaine under Pugh’s seat.

Pugh was unable to post the $600,000 bail set for him in January, and has been in the Bedford County Jail since his arrest.
