Zesty Sausage Dip!

A hearty, delicious dip for breads and crackers.
Zesty Sausage Dip

1 lb Bob Evans Hot Sausage Roll
5 green onions
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. grated parmesan cheese
1/3 c. shredded cheese blend

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  In a large skillet over medium heat, brown and crumble sausage until it's no longer pink.  Remove from heat, drain and add remaining ingredients.  Pour into a one quart baking dish.  Bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbly.  Keep warm.  Serve with crackers, cocktail or french bread.
