Van Zandt Launching Fall Community Veteran Outreach

The medical center's mobile unit will visit 14 counties in September and October.
ALTOONA – The James Van Zandt VA Medical Center announced Friday they will send their mobile unit to 14 counties in the fall as part of their 14-Day-14-County Outreach.

The Altoona VA Medical Center staff will be available from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the dates and locations below. Among the services provided will be enrollment and eligibility registration, free flu vaccines for veterans and social work services.

Veterans will need to bring their DD-214 to the event.
