UPDATED: ESPN Reports O'Brien, Texans Working on Deal

ESPN is reporting that Penn State football coach Bill O'Brien and the Houston Texans are working on a deal to make O'Brien their new head coach, and the hire could be announced on Tuesday.
ESPN's Adam Schefter and Chris Mortensen are reporting that Penn State football coach Bill O'Brien is the overwhelming favorite to become the next coach of the Houston Texans.

The ESPN report says that the Texans met last week after Christmas in O'Brien's home in Cape Cod, which led to intensified discussions that the Texans hope will culminate in a deal.

Mortensen reported on Monday that a Texans' deal with O'Brien is imminent, and the hire could be announced in the next 24 hours.

O'Brien just finished his second season at Penn State.  He's gone 15-9 in his time with the Nittany Lions.
