Rain will fall heavy at times through tomorrow.
Updated Tuesday Midday, April 29th
Reported by Meteorologist Regina Miller

Rain and some heavier localized downpours move across the region late tonight and tomorrow.  There could also be thunderstorms. Because of periods of heavy rainfall, a Flood Watch is in effect for Huntingdon, Mifflin and Fulton counties through Thursday morning, but any locations prone to flooding (especially near and east of I-99) should be monitored since localized downpours may occur in other locations as well.  Another concern is high winds along the ridgeline of Rt. 219.  A Wind Advisory is in effect for Jefferson and Indiana counties through 4pm today. Winds could gust at times between 30 to as high as 50 mph.    Today will be cool with temps only in the upper 40s to low 50s.  An easterly breeze will provided added moisture to the region.  We'll have occasional rain or drizzle.  Tonight expect periods of rain with perhaps a heavier downpour and possibly some thunder.  Tomorrow periods of rain will intensify with some heavy downpours and perhaps thunderstorms as well.  Temperatures will pop into the low 60s.  Thursday will continue to be unsettled with clouds, some sun and a few scattered showers or storms.  Clouds may break for more sunshine on Friday, but there could still be a shower or storm around.
