Thursday Midday Forecast, January 21, 2014

A Wind Chill Advisory is in effect until midday Wednesday.
Updated Tuesday Midday, January 21st
Reported by Meteorologist Regina Miller

Steadier snow from this morning will become scattered as the storm system pushes off the coast.  Bitter cold Arctic air blasts in behind the system.  Temperatures will drop to near to below zero in many spots overnight.  Winds will pick up as well, and wind chills at times could feel as cold as -15 to -25 in spots.  Temps on Wednesday will only rise into the single digits to near 10. While it won't be as cold nor as windy as the last blast of arctic air, this time around it will be longer lasting. Temperatures will be no higher than the middle teens Thursday and Friday. We'll have a little rebound into the 20s Saturday and Sunday but there will be some snow showers around during the weekend.
