Sentencing delayed for driver in fatal DUI crash

Police say Dave Malloy had twice the legal limit of alcohol in his system at the time of the December 2011 crash.
JACKSON TOWNSHIP, CAMBRIA COUNTY – The sentencing of the driver in a fatal DUI crash from 2011 has been delayed until May 1st.

Dave Malloy was set to be in court Tuesday to be sentenced for the December 2011 crash which killed his passenger Kaylynn Reynolds. Malloy was driving under the influence when he crosses the center line and hit another car.

Police say he was driving more than 75 miles per hour in a 45 zone and his blood alcohol content was twice the legal limit.
