Philadelphia, PA (SportsNetwork.com) - Patrick Reed earned his third win in eight months at the WGC-Cadillac Championship on Sunday and that moved him to 20th in this week's world golf rankings.

Reed hung on for a 1-stroke victory over Bubba Watson and Jamie Donaldson despite two bogeys in his last four holes to jump 24 spots from 44th last week. The 23-year-old has ascended to the top 20 of the rankings after being ranked 586th in the world in 2012.

The top seven players in the rankings remained the same, with Tiger Woods again maintaining the top spot ahead of Adam Scott, Henrik Stenson, Jason Day, Phil Mickelson, Rory McIlroy and Justin Rose.

Dustin Johnson tied for fourth place at Doral and that moved him up two places to eighth, causing Zach Johnson and Sergio Garcia to each drop a spot to ninth and 10th.

Matt Kuchar held firm in No. 11, while Watson jumped up a pair of slots to 12th following his share of second place this past weekend. Jordan Spieth and Steve Stricker each fell a spot to sit in Nos. 13 and 14, respectively.

Graeme McDowell, Charl Schwartzel, Jason Dufner, Ian Poulter and Brandt Snedeker all maintained their places from 15th through 19th ahead of Reed.

Chesson Hadley earned his first career PGA Tour win at the Puerto Rico Open to vault 29 spots in the rankings to 63rd.
