The Penn Cambria Panthers are coming off a 2 win season where the offense just never seemed to click.
They only scored 14 touchdowns all year.
But now they're in their second year under Jason Grassi and a little more comfortable with the schemes.
And after hitting the gym hard this offseason, they think they're ready for whatever 2014 has to offer.
"We've done a lot more passing leagues, and worked on our run game a lot more. We all got stronger in the weight room so hopefully that moves over to the field," quarterback Mark Mardula says.
