Pens' Letang Set to Return

Defenseman has not played in 10 weeks.
PITTSBURGH, PENNSYLVANIA - Pittsburgh Penguins' General Manager Ray Shero announced on Wednesday that defenseman Kris Letang will return to Pengunis lineup Wednesday night.

Pittsburgh hosts Detroit in the 3rd to final regular season game of the year.

Letang suffered a stroke back in late January.  He's been practicing since March 17th, and doctors cleared his return.

"Hockey didn't cause this stroke," said Shero.  "He's at no further risk to suffer a stroke playing hockey than going to the grocery store."
