Penn State Ranks High in Peace Corps Volunteers

The school has more than 40 volunteers currently serving.
WASHINGTON, D.C. – The Peace Corps released their list of top volunteer-producing colleges, with Penn State ranking in the top 20.

Penn State is number 18 on the list of large colleges and universities, with 42 undergraduate alumni currently volunteering across the world. In 2013 Penn State ranked 21st.

To date the university has had more than 1,000 alumni represent Penn State in the Peace Corps since its development.

Pitt ranked fifth among graduate schools with 13 graduate alumni volunteers.
