Obama, Biden to speak in Oakdale

The President and Vice President are expected to highlight investments in the Pittsburgh region.
OAKDALE, ALLEGHENY COUNTY – President Obama and Vice President Biden are scheduled to be in Oakdale Wednesday afternoon to highlight investments in the Pittsburgh region.

Obama and Biden are expected to speak at 3:30 at the West Hills Campus for the Community College of Allegheny.

The President is planning to share how local employees are partnering with the region’s community colleges to provide more job opportunities for young workers. Many programs are thanks to federal grants.
